Woke up early thismorning for another round of painting.... we met up pawk, setup and geewiza and then with local knowledge 'cawse' in shepards bush to rock a wall with him, a chick from london and a chick from france, in the middle of some housing commision flats... itwas pretty ruff... some gnarly demon came thru the projects on a vespa doing a mono...

After spending all of about an hour at the wall itching to go sink some beer we trecked it back to camden town for some more riverside shinanegans... this time aided by some music and a crazy drunk that befreiended the posse, he had been in jail all weekend cause he threw his ex girls bass guitar out the window of his flat and it hit someone in the head... haha...

What a weekend! Ive been working so i havent had the time to do all the uploading and writing on this thing....

This weekend my mates jimmy and claudia were king enough to let me kip at their shack in putney for 2 days in between walls... I was a busy bee.

Putney...

Woke up on saturday morn and was fiending a good feed so I went for a wander around town and found a mad little food shop near the tube station... £3.50 for a full English brekky with coffee.. pretty decent after a hard night on the turps...
So after fucking around for a while catching trains, geting paint, food etc... we rock up to Enbankment skatepark in the middle of london, i was expecting some little skatepark with a few skaters and the od passer by... but, as ive learnt, nothing in London is what you think its going to be, haha.... this place was like tourist central!! and we were about to paint there!!!
The skatepark is fully legal and you can pretty much do what u want as long as you can put up with people and scabby children asking you for half used tins...

oldmate bonzai was there by coincidence again, he remembered us from last weeks tufnel jam and we had a chat... he actually had a cap out on the floor for people to put money in, he said that some weeks he makes around £30, which would pay for a fairley decent piece!!!

After a long saturday we had to rip a chicken carcas to shreds....

On sunday we rocked it back to Tufnel Park to drop some more heat.... there were a few troopers there working on a prody so we excahnged blackbooks for a laugh...

My piece went horribly wrong so i just pumped a token throwup for good measure....

after another tufnel park experience we thought wed meetup with a few of the other aussie boys in Camden town... Camden is insaaane, i think i got asked if i wanted to buy green or charlie about 15 times between the station and where we were drinking.... Its like little venice hey, fullon long boats and a mad atmos... so we got onto a couple bottles of Captain Morgan rum and ahoi away we went....
We trashed the inside cover of my book....
And a drunken throwup page...

To top the weekend off i saw a half filled wholecar parked in at waterloo station... a nice suprise by any means.....

What a hectic day!!! After fucking around trying to get to the train station I finally started my journey on the BR overland to wimbledon to catch the district line up to east putney where I met up with another Perth trooper. We wanted to go and rock a chill legal wall but we had no idea what we'd end up on.....So we rock up at Tuffnel Park and theres this mad (for those who know he looked like calvin from smart arts) old bloke rocking around the spot with a joint and we walkup to him... there were mad cameras everywhere filming and we felt like we;d just walked onto the set for a new montana advert or something!!! so anyway, we asked him if we could take up a spot (there was only one left behind the soccer goal posts on the B Ball court) and they said we could.... so I had to pump it with grey hoods and not skinny caps!!!
The dude with the camera is a VJ from 'www.soopanatural.com' he was filming the whole production, he filmed me and ache painting for about 10-15 minutes so i spat my verse from the return of the party sith while painting....fuck im talented.haha.
Above is the 'almost finished' (lacking in-lines) joint that Ache and I came up with... Its quite hard to look at the quality of everything else on the wall then look back to ours.... we came to terms though cause those guys had been painting this wall since the early nineties so im pretty sure they'd have a few pieces over me.....

I know wobe will love this BONZAI dude cause he rocks the most futuristic bullshit 4th dimension shit that would slit your eyeballs like a razor to an onion. (above)

So the day ended up fuckin fun... we made some mad friends... turns out that the old bloke i mentioned at the start of this post is not even a writer but heavily involved with all the oldschool NY writers and is personal friends with LEE, DURO, BLADE etc.... he spends alot of time in Brooklyn, he recently organised blades 50th birthday party where he found himself drinking, smoking and a host of other things with EPMD (for those that know, recognise!!) he has the king stories to tell.....
The wall at Tufnell Park was erected in 1985 and has been painted almost every weekend since the early nineties... the paint buildup on the wall is soooo thing you wouldnt believe, you could hit it with a sledge hammer and not touch the bricks!!! Sadly its getting knocked over in 3 weeks cause Arsenal Soccer Club has bought the land to build some training facility... They are going to hold a MASSIVE jam to send the wall out in style... The boys couldnt guarantee me a spot on it (obviously i wouldnt take a spot over someone who has rocked this wall hundreds of times, alot of the boys from around the area did their first pieces there around 92' est. and its a pretty sentimental spot to them) however they said to bring paint in my bag cause you never know where there may be a spot for me on the wall to make history!!!!

East London Antics

Met up with some troops from perth n melbs last night in East London.... Ended up pretty pissed after half a bottle of bourbs and 6 beers imported from the bottleshope to the pub. peoww, you know how we do....

I finally got a flash... its a 'yashica cs-220' i didnt think it would fit the canon but the points aligned and there was light.... Typically it would come with the Yashica FX-3 Super 2000 which is what my folks have previously used, i think im gona get it out and be old school because i can...
